We offer free ground shipping on orders over $75.00 that ship UPS / FedEx / USPS. Any order below $75.00.00 is charged a flat rate of $10.00. See below for charges for freight items.
Most orders placed weekdays M-F before 3:00 pm central time ship the same business day. Orders requesting expedited shipping must be received by 1:00 pm CT in order to guarantee same day shipment. Orders placed after 3:00 pm central time or on Saturday, Sunday, or government recognized holidays, will ship on the next business day. We do not guarantee overnight delivery. We will e-mail you a tracking number so you may track your order.
Products unable to ship UPS / FedEx / USPS, including furniture and oversized items, do not qualify for free shipping. These will ship via common carrier from our warehouse to your dock/curb in 7-10 business days. The shipping charge for these items is $69 for the first piece, and $20 for each additional freight item with a maximum total of $360.00. Any non-freight items beyond that will ship for free.
Truck Deliveries (Freight)
A signature is required for all truck deliveries; someone must be available during business hours (Monday-Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM) to sign for a truck delivery. Note any visible damage on the bill of lading / delivery ticket before signing for the shipment.
IMPORTANT - DO NOT DISCARD THE SHIPPING MATERIALS / PACKAGING FOR YOUR ORDER.
Items not in their original packaging are not returnable for refunds or replacements.
Truck shipments are tailgate / dock / curbside delivery only. The driver will bring the item to the rear of the truck but will not assist you in bringing the item inside. Should you need a lift gate to get the item off the truck, additional charges may apply.
Inside delivery and/or setup is available for business addresses in some metropolitan areas for an additional charge. If you request the driver to deliver inside at time of delivery, you will be responsible for any additional charges. Be sure to include the item numbers you are inquiring about, your shipping address and if inside delivery will involve stairs. Residential delivery may not be available in some areas; we will contact you if delivery cannot be made to your address.
Orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or Virgin Islands are subject to a flat $55 shipping charge.
